Glass fiber woven roving can be divided into: fiberglass woven roving, E-glass woven roving, C-glass woven roving, woven roving for pipe, high temperature resistant woven roving. Due to the high temperature resistant ,it can be used for: pipes, cables, partitions for boilers and various industrial equipment used in electric power, petroleum, textile, chemical industry, insulation and sound insulation of ceilings and interior and exterior walls.
Due to the high temperature resistant Glass fiber cloth use and characteristics High temperature resistant glass cloth Uses: pipes, cables, partitions for boilers and various industrial equipment used in electric power, petroleum, textile, chemical industry, insulation and sound insulation of ceilings and interior and exterior walls.
Glass fiber products are further divided into: fiberglass cloth, alkali-free glass fiber cloth, medium alkali glass fiber cloth, pipe glass fiber cloth, high temperature resistant glass fiber cloth.
Introduction to fiberglass woven roving: Glass fiber cloth Glass fiber woven roving is made of glass fiber and is widely used in petrochemical, construction, thermal power plants, aviation, shipbuilding, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipe coating. Performance characteristics:
1. Light weight and high corrosion resistance, suitable for inside and outside the pipeline project and pool surface.2, long life, anti-aging, good insulation performance.3. Convenient construction, low cost and high work efficiency.
Glass fiber cloth PTFE gaskets include pure polytetrafluoroethylene, filled polytetrafluoroethylene or expanded polytetrafluoroethylene.
1 Semi-metal gasket (also known as metal composite gasket). Non-metallic materials have the advantages of good flexibility, compressibility and low bolt load capacity. However, its main determination is the strength is not high, the rebound resilience is poor, and it is not suitable for high-pressure high-temperature occasions. Therefore, the compound metal material has high strength and good resilience. Can withstand high temperatures. A gasket is formed which combines the two structures. It is a semi-metal gasket. Semi-metal gaskets mainly include metal-clad gaskets, metal-wound gaskets, metal corrugated gaskets, and metal-toothed gaskets.
2 Metal pad (metal composite pad). The gasket is made of a non-metal core and is wrapped with a metal sheet with a thickness of 0. 25-0. 5 mm. According to the state of coating, it can be divided into full coating, semi-cladding, wave coating and double coating. The metal sheet is selected according to the elastoplasticity, heat resistance and corrosion resistance of the material. Mainly copper, galvanized iron, stainless steel, titanium, monel and so on. As the core material of the metal pad, heat resistance is the main evaluation index. Generally used asbestos board or low rubber asbestos board, high temperature resistant carbon fiber or ceramic fiber and flexible graphite sheet. Another feature of the metal coated mat is that it can be made into various types of gaskets. It can meet the needs of various heat exchanger tubes and non-circular pressure vessel seals, while other composite gaskets cannot.
3 Metal wound gaskets. The metal wound gasket is formed by alternately winding a thin metal corrugated strip with a non-metal such as asbestos or flexible graphite, and welding the starting end of the metal strip. Foreign countries are also called spiral gaskets.
4 Metal gaskets. Under the harsh operating conditions of high temperature and high pressure and frequent load cycles, various metal materials are still the preferred materials for gaskets. Commonly used materials are copper, aluminum, low carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome-nickel alloy steel, titanium monel, etc. . In order to reduce the bolt load and ensure a compact structure, in addition to the metal flat pad as far as possible to adopt a narrow width, a variety of ring pad structures with line contact features are preferred forms.
5 Flat metal gaskets. The flat shape is divided into two types: a wide spacer and a narrow spacer. Wide gaskets require large pre-tightening forces and are prone to deformation of the bolt flange. When the pressure exceeds 1.96 MPa, it is rarely used on smooth flanges. The narrow gasket is easy to pre-tighten and can be used on pipes with a pressure of 6.27-9. 8MPa.
